The staff was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions without being overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. They even took the time to move a couple of bikes in different colors out to the sunny areas to help me decide on what color Id prefer.

I've purchased six different HD's over the years in the KC metro area and Outlaw just blew away the competition in every category! Part of the fun was Jerry Lynch, sales professional extradanoire! Jerry actually sold me a 2012 back in the day, so it was fun to catch up with him again. Next, was the tall order we had on parts from our trade ins. (yes two- HD's -as my bride is also an avid rider) Robert and Kenny in parts & service helped work on our list of goodies that would move over to the new 2020's and then offered suggestions on improvements.

The parts swap was a few days of labor and Johhny- the master tech does all our work, so it was quite the task. We've actually followed him to Outlaw from his former shop. All through the process we received phone updates or texts to let us know status or if they ran into anything not planned.

Dylan was our finance guy and he stayed really late (along with the rest of the crew) to wrap it all up in an evening. It was great learning that he's the next generation of the Worth family carrying on the legacy his grandfather started in Kansas City! UPDATE!!- Repeat customer! Outlaw was given a tall order on this go around. Their team had this accomplished overnight. Jerry again was our go to. Jen in finance was fantastic. Parts & motor clothes assisted with all the add ons. SERVICE= Bikes have been in for the 1k service & a few tweaks. - Johnny is our go to Master tech and we always ask for him to work on our bikes. Shawn picked up a bike from our home on this last service & went above and beyond to even ask if he could bring a package into our garage from the front door that UPS had just delivered!

New to the area and needed a fuel regulator so went to outlaw since they are like 15 minutes away. This is what hd dealerships should strive to be. I usually avoid hd dealerships as they are only looking for ther guys buying new bikes or paying someone to work on their bike. Not guys like me who do everything themselves. The guys in parts were great, helpful and nice. Went back to get some shirts for friends back home and the lady in clothes was just as nice. Think i finally found a dealership i will actually want to go back to. Thanks for the experience.

We collect shirts from locations we have been to and unfortunately the store was closed, however when i contacted them she was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting us. On a recent road trip of 4300 miles, I pulled into Outlaw Harley Davidson to have a 5000 mile service. Though the Service Department was full of bikes and the employees were scrambling to get caught up, they found time to squeeze my 2015 Ultra Limited in for the service.

I was treated fairly and like a member of their family. While waiting for my bike, I shopped in clothing and experienced the same professionalism as in service.

Being treated like I was is why I choose to ride Harley Davidson. It is a lifestyle not an experience. Well done Outlaw Team, I will stop in on my next trip.

We originally went there to exchange a t-shirt my husband had previously bought for me. It was Saturday, June 24, 2023. We rode our 1999 Soft-tail Harley, color: "Pull ME Over Red."

It was a great day for a ride. We went there and looked at used bikes,m then we went in and exchanged my t-shirt.

On Saturday mornings they sell food, have a band, set the bikes out for all to see. It's really nice.

Went in for outpatient surgery. An hour later I was on my way. Everybody is more than friendly. Took in almost clean ride and it got washed anyhow. Yah it's more expensive than indy, but my life depends on it.

I have a 07 Road King Classic and I replaced the fuel filter and in the process I bent the float on the fuel gauge and caused it to ready inaccurate. I called and talked to Robert in service and he had me bring it in and they fixed it perfectly. Great job Outlaw service department.
